Allen and Shiels Architects
 Enda Shiels and Michael J. Allen have, between them, over fifty years experience in the practice of architecture and building surveying.
Having worked separately in the profession since the 1970's, Enda Shiels mainly in the Leinster area and Michael J. Allen throughout Ireland, they decided to join forces to form the partnership of Allen & Shiels in 1999, to be based in Virginia, County Cavan.
Enda Shiels holds responsibility for the operation of the Virginia practice. Michael J. Allen has retained his private practice in Kells, County Meath.
The Virginia practice covers County Cavan and North Meath with an approximate radius of 50 miles from Virginia. The practice in Virginia is fitted out within an attractively designed environment and encompassed within a restored stone fronted premises. The premises operate with advanced computer aided design systems and with friendly and efficient administration.
The practice offers professional services in all aspects of design and planning from initial consultation through to the finished project. Partial design and supervision services are also available. No project is too small!
